I love this place. This is the best Korean BBQ restaurant in NOVA. We visited for lunchtime on weekdays and ordered a Combination of Cool Noodle + 2 strips LA Galbi for $22. My parents are very picky about Korean Cool Noodles, especially 물냉면 and they loved 물냉면 here. We visited there for dinner too on weekends. We like All you can it BBQ the most. We paid $32 and it was worth it. The thin brisket was great to start, the steak was tender and tasty, spicy pork was so delicious with sliced garlic and fresh pepper. All the food was so fresh and the servers were super nice and know how to treat their customers. Both adults and kids enjoyed the atmosphere here. Don't forget to ask Melona(Korean ice cream) for free dessert.

Great service. Won was our waiter and he was attentive and polite. The food was good and allows room for you to season as you wish. Side dishes were yummy, food was piping hot, lemonade was sweet and the place was clean with good atmosphere. Bring a small tgo container if you don't finish your food they don't have any. So bring your appetite!

My friends and I came on new years day for lunch which is usually 28$ but because of the holiday they charge the dinner prices of 32$ per person for all you can eat. The salad and the sides were good but when it came time for the check we saw an extra few of 12.70 which was described to be for leftover meats not eaten. Which didn't make any sense because we asked for the check in preparation to just pay and leave so we wouldn't have to wait around BUT we were still eating. (Also there was legit just a lil bit of meat left). So we asked our server to speak to the manager but he never came. She came back and said that she spoke to him and he said no. After sitting around and waiting for him to come by. He finally gets to the table and says I'll take care of it for you and when we walked out he apologized and gave us a coupon for our next visit. The whole thing was odd and sketchy. Also when we ordered our second round of meats, the manager said that they only put one thing on the grill at a time and don't mix meats. But every server that came by to flip the meats kept putting 2 or 3 meats on the grill at a time... using the same tongs on cooked and raw meat to stir the food. (Cross contamination as you can see in the photo) On top of our server barely coming over and not bringing the things we asked for several times. (Forks and straws and napkins took forever to come to the table) water wasn't automatically given, and the automatic 20% tip is ridiculous considering the dining experience was hardly pleasant. Nonetheless, the food was delicious and we had a good time until we paid for the check BUT we all left with stomach aches shortly afterwards. The food tasted good but the aftermath of feeling bloated, gassy and tummy aches seems hardly worth it.

The KBBQ Lunch Special deal here is unbeatable. M-F all you can eat for $20 from 11-5 is amazing!! Came here twice within a week because I thought it was such great value - especially after a good lift! If you can make it during the lunch special, I'd definitely recommend going. Otherwise this place is likely not worth it as meat quality and value is much better elsewhere, especially when you're near Annandale. That said you might run into me here if the lunch special continues!! 🙂

My husband used to go here since it was relatively new k-bbq, but this place gotten worse than we remember. Food is still okay (average k-bbq you can get from any k-bbq restaurant), but what really turned us down was their bad service. Our server barely came to our table so we ended up cooking most of our meal. That was fine. However, she kept not bringing what we asked multiple times (getting vegetable wraps, more side dishes and changing the grill, etc). She never asked what we need or for more food. We got annoyed and decided to leave even though we weren’t full yet. We did 3 rounds, but their food portions were very tiny so we were still somewhat hungry. When we asked for our check, they added 20% tip automatically for party of two. We usually leave 20-25% tips for good service, but with this bad service, we were not happy with 20%. I believe they lost their 초심 when they got popular and busier. Well, we have so many other k-bbq restaurants now and no need to come this place ever again.

Gogi and Friends is awesome korean bbq! I came here with family and friends a week ago (party of 7) and we had a great time. The location is setup to host many large groups. We selected the all you can eat option and definitely had our fill of yummy meat. The staff were friendly and offered helpful menu suggestions. I liked that each table received a salad in addition to the normal korean bbq kimchi and other side dishes. The atmosphere is great and has a lot of potential. I could see coming back to check out the bar area with my husband. The pricing was really pretty good for the portionas and attention you get (the staff do cook the meat for you). We paid $40 a person and that included tip. Granted we did not order a bunch of drinks. I tried a blueberry mojito, which was different in a interesting and still delightful way from a normal mojito. Aside from that, everyone else at the table just had water. We will definitely come back and maybe try the hotpot next time. Thanks!

This is a great place for Korean BBQ. I lived in Koera and enjoyed every time I ate BBQ. In Korea, Korean BBQ is very inexpensive. In America, you will pay a a little hefty to enjoy good quality BBQ. Now, moving on, this place is well worth the trip for good BBQ. The restaurant is very well designed and comfortable. Our wait staff Garry was very attentive to our needs and made sure we were never left with an empty plate. Thank you Garry. Some of the meats could be marinated a little in the spicy Gochujang paste, but everything is well worth it for the price.
